Annual Support Agreements

While we would love to continue to provide ongoing complimentary remote support, demand for these services has risen in recent years with the expansion of smart home and cloud based systems.

After your complimentary remote support period, in order to continue to receive it, you will need to sign up for a support agreement.

This is to ensure that we are able to meet all customer needs in a timely manner and keep your systems running smoothly. 

Our Support agreements are offered with monthly billing or receive a 5% discount on an annual plan purchase (annual price below reflects 5% discount). 


AVI Support Plan 1 – Meadow $39.99/month or $456 annually

Our entry level plan adds after hours remote support to handle most of the basic problems that electronics systems encounter – Unresponsive  Apple TV, etc. The technician can perform some basic troubleshooting remotely. With the OVRC app you can see the state of some device and reboot them remotely.

AVI Support Plan 2 – Snowline $59.99/month or $684 annually

This plan is for those who want proactive monitoring of their network and select AV equipment to get early identification of any problems. You also have access to a 24/7 remote support to assist with those issues that give no warning.

AVI Support Plan 3 – Ridge  $99.99/month or $1140 annually

A truly proactive maintenance plan that combines full time remote support with a scheduled annual system test (with annual agreement) and hardware updates.

AVI Support Plan 4 – Peak  $129.99/month or $1482 annually

A great plan for those with seasonal homes that would benefit from a scheduled visit to update/test and verify the home before the prime season starts and then a later visit to bring in outdoor gear for the season close and confirm all is working.

AVI Support Plan 5 – Custom Starting at $169.99/month

Our best maintenance plan that is completely customizable to handle any system.  The number of site visits for proactive maintenance is scalable to meet your home and lifestyle needs.  Premium level support and attention to keeping your system at its peak.

Standard Support Plan 
In the event that you do not wish to proceed with a remote support agreement, you may still access our remote services on a cost/call basis and with extended response times. The cost for these calls would start at $50 with a credit card required in advance and are only available during regular business hours.
